Ask them what they need help with. If they cant do anything, cut the food into small pieces and slowly feed them, make sure you arent hurrying them (make sure to check they have eaten all the food before putting more in their mouth). Make sure they are sitting in the right position (90 degree angle). Make sure everything us clean before feeding, and make sure you are with them to help assist if they need anything
Condoms reduce the risk of pregnancy as well as STDs. They are the only form of birth control that protects from STDs, currently. Hope that helped you.
