Answer:

3 \sqrt{7}

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Rewrite 63 as its prime factors.

\sqrt{3 \times 3 \times 7}

2) Group the same prime factors into pairs.

\sqrt{(3 \times 3) \times 7}

3) Rewrite each pair in exponent form.

\sqrt{ {3}^{2} \times 7 }

3) Use this rule

\sqrt{ {x}^{2} }  = x

3 \sqrt{7}

Applying the Third Corollary to the Inscribed Angles Theorem A circle is shown. Points A, B, C, and D are on the circle. Lines c
Marat540 [252]

Answer:

  • ∠B = 110°
  • ∠D = 70°

Step-by-step explanation:

Opposite angles in an inscribed quadrilateral are supplementary, so ...

  ∠B +∠D = 180°

  (3x -4) +(2x -6) = 180

  5x = 190 . . . . . . . . . . . add 10, collect terms

  x = 38 . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by 5

  ∠D = 2(38) -6 = 70

  ∠B = 180 -70 = 110

The measures of angles B and D are 110° and 70°, respectively.

I don't understand how to go about solving this equation more specifically the "y". Any help is appreciated. (:
Archy [21]

Answer:

y^2/x^6

apply exponent rule:

x^-2/x^4=1/x^4-(-2)=y/y^-1 x^4 -(-2)

then you subtract 4-(-2)=6

y/x^6 y^-1

cancel out the common factor: y^-1 and you get

y^2

------

x^6
