Since given to costs, you can find the equation to model the Canoe cost.(110-80)/(4-2)=15, cost=15(hour)+b. Plugging in $80/2 hours. B= $50. The equation is cost=15*hour+50. Rate of change will be $15 an hour

The answer is y = +8

Explanation:
Since they tell us what x equals (3), let's plug that into the equation

y = (3) + 5

Now, we can just add 3 and 5 together, which we get 8

y = +8

In a multiple regression analysis what would likely be the culprit of a dramatic increase in the P-value of one of the variables
makvit [3.9K]
This can happen if you add another independent variable to your regression model that is strongly correlated to some other variable already in the model.
This is called multicollinearity.
If there is a high correlation between your independent variables can lead to problems.
It can lead to increased variance of the coefficient estimates and make the estimates very sensitive to minor changes in the model.

Solve the linear equation using equivalent equations to isolate the variable. Express your solution as aninteger, as a simplifie
MakcuM [25]

Recall that like terms are terms that have the same variable with the same exponent, and that all constants are like terms.

To solve the given equation for y, first, we add like terms:

-10.4=y-1.6.

Now, adding 1.6 to both sides of the equation, we get:

\begin{gathered} -10.4+1.6=y-1.6+1.6, \\ -8.8=y\text{.} \end{gathered}

Answer:

y=-8.8.

Lisa's car averageed 15 miles per gallon of gasoline. After a tune up she noticed she was getting 18 miles per gallon of gasolin
Lady_Fox [76]

Answer:

 • Reduction of Gasoline Consumption
 • Increase in Miles Per Gallon by 3.

Step-by-step explanation:

Previous Rate of Gasoline Consumption = 15 miles per gallon

Rate of Gasoline consumption after Tune Up = 18 miles per gallon

The difference in Gasoline Consumption = 18-15 =3 miles per gallon

Since the difference is positive, Lisa noticed she got 3 extra miles for every gallon of gasoline. That is, her gasoline consumption reduced.
