I honestly think it's If a number is not a multiple of 4 it is not divisible by 2 but I am not really sure :(?
Knowing 1+7 helps you find the sum of 7+1 because 1+7 and 7+1 is communitive property of addition. Also because 1+7 is the same answer as 7+1.
Ex:
1+7=8
And
7+1=8
its the same result.
2I + 2w = 48
9 feet is the answer.
