I used this quote because Starr tells the reader how she feels about being at the party with the one person she only knew left her hanging She knew she would be uncomfortable going to a party where she didn't know anyone Now that her sister left her hanging, she felt like she was naked in a Garden where apples were already eaten, its like she was invisible.
