Sir,  

This is to inform you that I, Sophie Clarke, was recruited as the art teacher in your school two years back. The contract was signed for two years and therefore, the duration of the contract is going to over by next month. Throughout my contract period, I have employed the best of my abilities to teach students, cater to their needs and academics requirements, and address their issues and queries effectively so they become creative learners. The report of my performance in these two years has already been forwarded to you. Thereby, I would request you to renew my contract so that I can continue to pay my services duly to the institution without any hindrance along with the eligible increment.
