Explanation:

The 1920´s became known as the Golden Age, especially in the United States. Many sectors of the economy saw a great moment of growth and improvement in their conditions. However, not all people were positively affected by the golden era. Among the groups that did not see the benefits of this economic boom were minorities, basically because they were shuned by society and only got access to the least paid jobs, and teachers. This last group saw a decline in their conditions not because they did not have job opportunities, but rather, because the salary conditions did not rise in the same way as the workload did and they did not see all the benefits they should have received.
