Well I do say from my studies and experience, that a warm up should be less intense than the exercise, because you don't wan't to workout to hard before getting to the main exercise, that's like having a huge appetizer then then main course meal. So my final answer would be C. Hope this helps

It depends on a lot more things. Like what types of exercise you are doing, this will affect the areas you are exercising and therefore will effect where you see the results. It varies from person to person, maybe give it a month. However, some work out that often and won't ever see results, it just depends on your body.

I think it’s trust because if you don’t trust them mostly likely you would get jealous because you might think they are gonna cheat on you and get jealous if they talk to someone you might think there flirting and everything will go down hill I think not sure
