T'Challa did not want to open up Wakanda but after Erik Kilmonger staged a coup d'etatand overthrew T'Challa, we see a sharing of power throughout the world, benefitting all those of African descent. T'Challa takes power back, but still keeps in place the Pan-Africanism Aide that was the goal of his predecessor.
