A perfect example of a consequence brought by Euro colocalization would be the Rwandan Genocide, this is because during the rule of Rwanda under Belgium the Belgians segregated the population between Tutsi's and Hutu's, giving the Tutsi's power and leaving much of the Hutu population neglected. Many of the policies that were forced upon these nations had long-term effects. Other examples of nations comprised of multiple ethnic backgrounds that were forced together by colonial rule that has led to conflict and violence include Sudan, Myanmar. There are numerous other examples.

There are many long lasting effects on many countries. The main effects would be how a lot of african and Asian culture was changed. The second would be how it is still causing violence between many countries like Pakistan and India.
