Harmony is the mutule understand and empathy and the sharing of love and co-optation.Social and regional harmony takes the freedom a step future to offer us new vision with which to address dispute and conflicts .It is the common development with in our culture,cast , gender,race, age e.t.c. The main benefit of social and regional harmony is the state of everyone having equal right , equal freedom and equality in every culture and religion. It maintain peace and unity. Our country Nepal is the country of Unity in diversity.
