The main benefit of social and regional harmony is the state of everyone having equal right , equal freedom and equality in every culture and religion. It maintain peace and unity. In-group- the two service club need to separately work on themselves before coming together so that what they agreed on is what should be addressed.

Solidarity- They should all stand together regardless of their different clubs and rules

Out-group- They should not interfere if you are not part of the clubs.

Derogation- Take the necessary steps and implement them

Scapegoat theory - Never cast your blame on others. Accept your own mistakes.
