The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although you did not include the options for this question, we can say the following.

The ones who did not have to work in the Incan government were very old people.

The Incas could control most of their territory by forming a complex form of government in the Andean region of South America.

Tawantinsuyo was the official name of the Inca government. The most important figure of the government was the emperor, known as the Sapa Inca. To control the vast empire, the Emperor named different officials such as the viceroy, priests, and governors. The emperor also had a council of the realm, and of course, the military. The emperor inflicted the Incan language in all the regions, as well as and religion throughout the empire, to establish the proper control over its subjects.

They planted corn, beans and squash in the fertile flood plains, hunted bison and deer, and fished and gathered mussels from the rivers. Four of these cultures have been defined in western and southern Oklahoma. Since we have no written records from this time, the names of these cultures are unknown. When early Spanish explorers came in the 1500's, they found people who called themselves the Teyas and the Escanjaques. Perhaps the people discussed here also used these names several hundred years earlier. Archeologists believe the Teyas and Escanjaques are descendants of the people discussed on these pages. They are all believed to have been Caddoan speakers.
