A toroid filled with a magnetic substance carries a steady current of 2.91 A. The coil contains 802 turns, has an average radius

of 4.33 cm. The magnetic field through the toroid is 0.193137 T. Assume the flux density is constant. What is the magnetic field strength H within the core in the absence of the magnetic substance?

Answer:

The magnetic field strength is H  = 8577.2 \  A/m

Explanation:

From the question we are told that

         The current is  A =  2.91 \  A

         The number of turns is N = 802 \ turns

          The radius is  R =  4.33 \ cm = 0.0433 \ m

          The magnetic filed is  B   = 0.193137 \  T

Generally the magnetic field strength is mathematically represented as

               H  =  \frac{  NI}{ 2  \pi *  r }

=>            H  =  \frac{ 802 * 2.91 }{ 2  * 3.142 *  0.0433 }

=>            H  = 8577.2 \  A/m

An electric motor in a hair dryer is running at its normal constant operating speed and, thus, is drawing a relatively small cur
svlad2 [7]

Answer:

The temperature of the coil will increase (over heating will occur)

Explanation:

This overheating generally occurs when the motor is overloaded, when a bearing seizes up, when something locks the motor shaft and prevents it from turning, or when the motor simply fails to start properly.

Back emf is zero when the motor is not turning, and it increases proportionally to the motor's angular velocity. As the motor turns faster and faster, the back emf grows, always opposing the driving emf, and reduces the voltage across the coil and the amount of current it draws.

Materials will have different energies associated with the electrons inside them. This is related to how strongly bound they are
andrey2020 [161]

Answer:

E = 401.3 eV

Explanation:

As we know that the thinnest gap in the direction of metal is given as

t = 3.09 nm

so here we can say that lowest energy of photon will not able to break this electron from above thickness

so we will have

E = \frac{hc}{\lambda}

here we have

hc = 1240 nm-eV}

also we have

\lambda = 3.09 nm

so we will have

E = \frac{1240}{3.09} eV

E = 401.3 eV

Since the moon orbits the earth approximately every 27 days, there is a lunar eclipse approximately every 27 days.
Dahasolnce [82]

Answer:

No ! its False

Explanation:

We all know , we dont have lunar eclipse in every 27 days . They do not happen every month because the Earth's orbit around the sun is not in the same plane as the Moon's orbit around the Earth.
