Answer: increase pressure and decrease temperature.

Explanation:

Increasing pressure uses force to make the gas molecules come closer together. (Decreasing pressure allows the molecules to spread out) Decreasing temperature will also cause the molecules of gas to come together closer. (Heat excites molecules causing them to spread out and therefore expand)
