What you weigh isn't as important as the proportion of your body that's composed of fat because a body that's comprised of more muscle mass will weigh more but is actually healthier than a body that's composed of more fat. Also, fat gives your body energy to function, while muscle mass is used only to perform strenuous activity. Another Reason is the more fat you have the more protected your body is. Lastly, weight doesn't matter when discussing overall health.
