The Second Amendment unequivocally guarantees the right of “the people” to “bear arms”: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”[
<h3><em>The First Amendment reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…” This clearly and unambiguously states that the religious institutions must remain out of the government and vice versa.</em></h3>
