Answer:Cytokinesis in plant cells involves plants using spindle structures called phragmoplasts to carry vesicles of the cell wall material such as cellulose to the new cell plate. ... After the plate divides the plant cells into two daughter cells, the plasma membrane seals off and fully separates the two new cells. During cytokinesis in animal cells, a ring of actin filaments forms at the metaphase plate. The ring contracts, forming a cleavage furrow, which divides the cell in two. In plant cells, Golgi vesicles coalesce at the former metaphase plate, forming a phragmoplast.

The water would freeze across the surface of the lake, blocking the dissolving of oxygen and nutrients. Water is actually less dense when frozen, which is why ice cubes and ice bergs all float. This is also why you can ice skate on a lake if the ice gets thick enough on the surface. Many organisms that live in freezing lakes have special adaptations which help them survive.

DNA strand replication begins with an RNA primer. DNA strand replication begins with an RNA primer. True False
nikitadnepr [17]

Answer:

true

Explanation:

DNA synthesis is performed by the enzyme DNA polymerase. However, DNA polymerase requires the presence of a free 3' OH on the existing DNA or RNA segment. The enzyme primase forms small RNA segments that serve as primers. Primers are formed by using the DNA template strands and have free 3' OH ends. DNA polymerase extends the primers by adding deoxyribonucleotides according to the sequence of the DNA template strand. Therefore, DNA polymerases are the enzymes of primer elongation.
