20. Q: Islam highly prized education and knowledge. Name three achievements of the Islamic Kingdoms and explain.
jenyasd209 [6]
The first positive impact of Islam in the world can be seen in the encouragement of Muslims to the pursuit of knowledge, as prophet Mohammed said, the best form of worship is the pursuit of knowledge. Islam is the only religion that has raised the prestige of women from one of the poorly humiliated creature, to that of a respectful being possessing equal rights to man. Under the wrong ideological concept of child marriage by the non-Muslims, the Muslims have been criticized by the western media but in fact there is no concept of child marriage in Islam and such incidents are purely restricted to few old customed tribes. slam abolished the barriers which had isolated these countries from each other, so that the whole area now had one religious tradition and one literary and scientific language. The cultural unity also ensured free passage and free trade from China in the east to Spain in the west. Scientists and men of letters were free to travel, and crossed vast distances to meet other scholars.

dimulka [17.4K]

This question is incomplete. The full question is:

1. Imagine it is 1880. The Civil War has been over for 15 years. Economic conditions in the town you live in have deteriorated, and you are struggling to make ends meet. You decide to try your luck out west, where there is plenty of land and plenty of opportunity. Before leaving, you must decide what you will do out west‚Äîbe a miner, a cowboy, or a farmer. Each presents its own opportunities and difficulties. ‚ Write an essay in which you:

Tell what you would be—a miner, cowboy, or farmer. • Describe the opportunities you would have. • Describe the difficulties you would face. • Explain why you chose as you did.

Answer and Explanation:

In search of better living conditions I decided to move to the West where I will start activities as a miner and I will try to establish a better life for myself and my family, since my current conditions do not allow this, in the state and city in that I find myself.

I decided to work with mining because it is an activity that is on the rise in the West, looking to me, more advantageous than becoming a cowboy and I believe it will generate good fruit and help me achieve my goals. I decided not to become a farmer because of the western environmental application, which is not very favorable to agriculture.

As mining is on the rise I believe that it is in need of many miners, which is an advantage for a person like me, who despite not having experience, learns very fast. The rise of this sector will allow me to earn a good salary and help my family to grow. However, I recognize that working with mining is not an easy task, since the working conditions are bad, the service is very heavy and tiring, in addition to being dangerous, but I believe that these challenges will be successfully overcome by me.
