Which sentence states the central idea of the passage?
neonofarm [45]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

The passage is explaining what a professional tailor is, and the reasons why this profession is dying out. It's not talking about any other profession, it's not dismissing the importance of the profession, and it's not encouraging young people to become a tailor in this passage. can somebody write me a letter about helping people and feed homeless people and why to provide shelter for people
puteri [66]

We should feed and shelter the homeless because not everyone is as fortunate as you. People go hungry everyday and most of us throw away food we don't eat. People sleep under bridges every night while you're sleeping in your bed, inside your home. Its inhumane to just sit there and watch someone go hungry, or sleep under a bridge. The least you could do is drive them to a homeless shelter, and if there isn't one nearby, maybe you have a shed or an extra room they could sleep in. Or you could buy them some food and a warm blanket to sleep with. Whatever you do, don't just ignore the homeless. They step out and hold their signs because they are asking you to help, isn't that enough for you?

Help and feed the homeless! <3

Hermione really struggled in her first semester of college, but she persevered and learned that she needed to be much more engag
hichkok12 [17]

Answer:

C). Work to improve her writing and speaking skills.

Explanation:

An independent learner is characterized by his/her ability to think and act individually or autonomously in order to self-govern their learning without any support. Such learners are required to exhibit inquisitiveness, necessary self-motivation along with persistence and critical thinking abilities.

In the given question, since Hermione is on her way to becoming an independent learner, she will 'make efforts to improve her writing and speaking skills' in order to take self-responsibility to her learning. She will self-act and will not be guided or instructed by someone. Thus, to ensure self-learning she will learn these skills to enhance her performance and become an impactful independent learner. Therefore, option C is the correct answer.
