Which of the following statements best reflects the power of synthesis in thinking?
aleksklad [387]

Answer:

Option A

Changes in thinking lead to innovative problem-solving.

Explanation:

First of all, we need to understand what synthesis is, and how we can apply it to various thought processes and reasoning.

Synthesis when applied to human reasoning, can be seen as the cognitive ability to put separate items or pieces of information together, to form a new idea.

Applying synthesis to thinking will make it easier to create new solutions to problems. This is because several resources and methods can be combined in various flexible manners to give birth to novel solutions that were non-existent as at when the resources and methods were seen as distinct entities.

Which is necessary for a society to be considered a civilization?
Kisachek [45]
The correct answer in my opinion would be that D is the most important factor here. But this question is quite tricky.

We can surely say for example that literature, organized schools and a hierarchy of priests are not something that constitute a civilization. Organized schools appeared to late, not every civilization had literature and having only a hierachy of priests is not enough to say you have a civilizaton.

Labor has been divided in pre-civilization hunter-gatherer societies as well.

For that reason I'd say the correct answer is D - more food than is needed for survival. Having this, the people in a certain group can focus on other things.
