ioned way" which is not how his teacher wants him to solve this one. Can you help me understand this? Raul used this method to find the sum 427 + 316.

M represents miles 35+0.10m=25+0.15m 35-25+0.10m=25-25+0.15m 10+0.10m=0.15m 10+0.10m-0.10m=0.15m-0.10m 10=0.05m m=200 Check: 35+0.10(200)=25+0.15(200) 35+20=25+30 55=55 The solution: m=200 is true. After 200 miles driven, prices charged by both companies will be the same.
