But basically natural selection is when organisms with the most favorable traits will survive and reproduce. (ex. there are 2 strains of bacteria - one that resists antibiotics and one that doesn't. The one that resists the antibiotics will strive and reproduce because that will be the more favorable trait that will be able to be inherited by future generations.)
