kolezko [41]

Complete question:

A) Etanol.

B) Calcio.

C) Glucosa.

Answer:

A) Etanol. Transporte pasivo.

Which food must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 155 f. for at least 15 seconds?
Margaret [11]
The answer is A. Roast Beef because all ground meat, injected, or marinated meats must be cooked to 155 degrees to kill any microorganisms that may cause sickness. Roast Beef is a marinated or 'flavor injected' meat therefore it requires the 15 seconds of 155 degree temperature reading.
