Dsm-5 consist several guidelines to aid psychological disorderss by changing the way OTHER PEOPLE behave to the patient. 
These guidelines work really well with autistic patient, but anxiety disorder in general caused by patient's personal psychological struggle and only cure that the patient could have is only if she/he could change the way they see everything around them.
