charle [14.2K]
The nurse priority in this intervention is to asses the patient's condition of having to feel as if she is going to faint and the sudden change of color, because this is important for the nurse to note on before the client undergoes labor because this could be dangerous or could lead to complications when not assessed before she gives birth.

How does nitrification occur in nature, starting from gaseous Nitrogen?
Alecsey [184]
Nitrification. The conversion of ammonium to nitrate is performed primarily by soil-living bacteria and other nitrifying bacteria. In the primary stage of nitrification, the oxidation of ammonium ( NH+4) is performed by bacteria such as the Nitrosomonas species, which converts ammonia to nitrites ( NO−2).

Answer:

A general decrease in transcriptional activation

Explanation:

When acetyl groups are added to histone proteins by acetyltransferase enzymes, the 30-nm chromatin fiber will not be formed because the proteins are prevented from doing so. This further destabilizes the chromatin structure and allows the occurrence of transcription. However, raising the cells to  40°C does not allow the acetyltransferase enzyme to function and hence the acetyl group will be hindered from being added to the histone protein which is the main target of the enzymes. Thus, transcription activation will be blocked because the chromatin and nucleosomes would remain stabilized.
