How does the author's inclusion of the feud between W.E.B Dubois and Booker T. Washington contribute to the central ideas of the
xxMikexx [17]

Answer:

Author's inclusion of the feud between W.E.B Dubois and Booker T. Washington contributes to the central ideas of the article.

Explanation:

Both 'W.E.B Dubois' and 'Booker T. Washington' were blacks and they fought for the rights of African Americans. Though they had different phillosphies during the Civil rights movement.

Booker believed in economic independence for the blacks and said that they should receive education and then get equal rights. He was more passive thinking that all these things take time.

Dubois said that regardless of education, African Americans should first get their rights and he demanded things aggressively.

Thus, this feud contributes to the central idea of the article.

the volume of a cylinder is 75 pi cubic inches. the cylinder has a height of 3 inches. what is the radius of the base of the cyl
Vadim26 [7]
The volume of a cylinder is found with the equation

V = πr²h, where V = volume, r = radius of the base, and h = height.  So, we can plug in the volume and height you have to calculate the radius:

(Sorry that the pi symbol doesn't show up, the equation program is messed up:)

V= (pi)r^2h\75pi=(pi)r^2(3)\75pi=3pi *r^2

Then, divide each side by 3 pi:

75pi=3pi *r^2\75pi/3pi=3pi/3pi*r^2\25=r^2\r=5

So, the radius of the base of the cylinder is 5 inches.
