Objects in our solar system are in a spinning motion because THE GRAVITATIONAL PULL OF THE SUN PUSHED OBJECTS INTO A SPINNING MOTION. 
The reason why the planets orbit around the sun is because the gravity of the sun keeps them in their circular paths. The gravity is a fundamental part of the universe structure. The planets revolving around the sun traveled in a circular path because they have velocities that are perpendicular to the velocity of the sun.
