Answer:

There are so many ways! let me help!

Explanation:

-Take care of yourself. Eat healthy, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and give yourself a break if you feel stressed out.

-Talk to others. Share your problems and how you are feeling and coping with a parent, friend, counselor, doctor, or pastor.

-Take a break. If news events are causing your stress, take a break from listening or watching the news.

-Make a plan, any type of plan. An hourly plan or just a weekly plan. This helped me a lot just by helping me know what to expect for everyday. It really helps to destress.

Healthy coping mechangnisms:

-Cleaning. I know its crazy but it really helps. it distracts you.

-Try baking something. Again, crazy, I know.

-Try doing makeup! No matter the gender, it really helps with stress and raises your confidence.

-of course, you could do something crazy to your appearence. cut your hair! maybe just a centimeter in the back, it helps!!!

There are so many other things that can help with stress. if you need someone to talk it out, you can add me on (it wont let me type the actual name) yellow ghost app - maddie724839

Do Now for 4/12 and 4/13 Explain the Fight or<br> Flight response. THEN GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE!!!
liberstina [14]

Answer:

The fight-or-flight response (also known as the acute stress response), refers to a physiological reaction that occurs when we are in the presence of something that is mentally or physically terrifying.

The fight-or-flight response is triggered by the release of hormones that prepare your body to either stay and deal with a threat or to run away to safety.

For example, you may yell at your partner for pushing you into agreeing to speak at a conference when you don't feel ready (fight).
