So 1/4 goes into 2, which can be represented by 8/4, 8 times.
This means 2 was divided by 8 to get 0.25.
Now divide 25 by 8 to get x.
25 / 8 = 3.125
So the answer to part B is 3.125 miles are represented by 1/4 inch.
