What is an example of Isolationism? * America remaining neutral through most of WW1 The United States helping Cuba in the Spanis
Firlakuza [10]

The correct answer is A) America remaining neutral through most of WW1.

An example of Isolationism is "America remaining neutral through most of WW1."

That is a good example of isolationism.

At that time, the United States President, Woodrow Wilson, decided to maintain the foreign policy of neutrality and do not involve the United States in the European issues; in this case, World War I. That was his intention and the American citizens supported him.

However, there were some incidents that made President Wilson change his mind. Basically two: the interception of the Zimmerman telegram and the sinking of the Lusitania ship by the German Navy.

Those were major reasons for President Wilson to ask Congress for a declaration of war against Germany.

Even motor development also not related to language development. A child starts to learn such type of learning when he/she start to move their body parts. holding own hands, setting mobile, and exploring toys by putting in the mouth is an example of motor skills imitation. gestural imitation is there :

natta225 [31]

Answer:d. foot-in-the-door

Explanation:

Compliance is changed of behavior based on someone request; a person does something because someone else has asked them to but it is not that easy so persuasion techniques are useful in this case.

The foot in the door technique is based on presumption that if you can get someone to do a small request if would be easier for you to make your way towards asking them to do a second request which is larger than the first one. When a person has already agreed to a small favour they may face difficulties resisting to say yes to a bigger one.

Let us make an example when your friend did not attend one of the morning class and they request that you borrow them your notes. It is a reasonable request that you won't really even see a need or reason to say no. After a while the friend who borrowed your morning class notes comes back again now requesting that you borrow them all of that subject notes chances are you will find it hard to refuse now after you had previously given them those morning class notes that they had missed that other day.

Another example is when your mom's friend or your sister ask you to baby sit for them for jsut an hour whilst they go to the shop and they will be back soon.

Few weeks late they ask if you can baby sit for them a whole day and they will be back in the evening chances Re it may be hard to refuse after you have agreed to that one hour baby sitting time.
