The legislative branch is tasked to make the laws, the executive branch is tasked to make the laws official and executory, the judicial branch is tasked to review the laws based on its constitutionality and oversee the court system.
These separate branches have their own duties and responsibilities but they all share the same power. The power of any one branch is checked and balanced by the other two branches to ensure that no abuse of power is committed.

Reading authentic literature can improve vocabulary, reading comprehension, reading ability and language growth. In addition, literature-based instruction is much more child-centered, with the teacher as the facilitator or coach, rather than "the sage on the stage."
Disadvantage: Teacher's Perspective
From the teacher's perspective, teaching using a literature-based approach can be more difficult than using other approaches. First-time teachers may find it especially challenging, since literature-based approaches inherently have less structure than many other approaches. Teachers also may struggle with effectively assessing a child's progress. Because literature-based instruction is less widely used than other forms of instruction, teachers often spend hours choosing literature selections, as well as developing activities and evaluations that reflect the content.
Disadvantage: Scope and Sequence
Finding appropriate literature selections that address the skills that students need to learn can be challenging, and finding selections that actually build from one year to the next is virtually impossible. This means that using literature-based instruction may prevent students from building their skills in a systematic fashion, and they may miss out on some skills entirely. Especially as students advance to the next grade, they will feel a lack of continuity, which can prevent them from growing as readers, writers and thinkers.

Actually, I only have an anecdotal evidence: from my personal experience.
I know a person who described her friendship with a person from a lower caste and how hard it was for the person from the smaller caste to get a better job precisely because everyone though that she is supposed to do only lower-tier jobs, as people of her caste "should".
The discrimination is still very much present: it's really hard to overcome a very old prejudice in people: people still perceive people of lower casts as "less worthy".
If this was not the caste, the regular support from the government for the lower castes (for example reserved seats at the universities) would be discontinued. (this is an example you can use: the government still thinks it's necessary to help the lower castes, if there was no more discrimination, they would have stopped). <span />
