Answer:

Both numbers are equally important and you need both. There are two because you need both.

Explanation:

When you go to take your blood pressure the top number is the systolic pressure and it measures the amount of pressure in your arteries during the contraction of your heart muscle. The bottom number is called the dialostic pressure and measures the amount of blood pressure of you heart muscle between beats. Healthy blood pressures numbers are 120 over 80, or 120/80.

Removal of phloem tissue leads to gradual death of the plant. Why does this happen?
pogonyaev
The phloem is essential for transporting sugars the plant has made to other areas of the plant, this is necessary as some areas of the plant cannot perform photosynthesis or perform it at a much slower rate. E.g. the roots can't perform photosynthesis to get the sugars it needs because they aren't exposed to light, but they still need energy to function and without sugar transport by the phloem they would not get this so areas of the plant would die

1. What is the difference between rocks and minerals?
ivann1987 [24]

1-A mineral is a naturally occurring inorganic element or compound having an orderly internal structure and characteristic chemical composition, crystal form, and physical properties. ... A rock is an aggregate of one or more minerals, or a body of undifferentiated mineral matter.

2-Part of Hall of Planet Earth. There are three kinds of rock: igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic.

3-Intrusive rocks are formed from magma that cools and solidifies within the crust of the planet. When lava comes out of a volcano and solidifies into extrusive igneous rock, also called volcanic, the rock cools very quickly.

4-Igneous rocks are formed from lava or magma. Magma is molten rock that is underground and lava is molten rock that erupts out on the surface. The two main types of igneous rocks are plutonic rocks and volcanic rocks. Plutonic rocks are formed when magma cools and solidifies underground.
