I think it isn’t a fair law because teenagers sometimes don’t know what they are doing, and also they should consider their age because they are not adults, they are teens so they are still discovering the world around them, and we are in the 21st century, we are not back into history, so that is why it isn’t a fair law.
Being grown up means a lot of responsibilities that some teens don’t have, and for me that’s putting a lot of pressure on them, also they shouldn’t be treating them like adults because they are kids, who should focus on their education and not that much on life problems.
Hope this helps

- The question is not complete because it doesn't include options.
There are two approaches to language; descriptive and prescriptive grammar.
Prescriptive grammar explains or prescribes how the language should be used. For example “Don’t split infinitives" is a prescriptive rule.
Descriptive grammar shows or describes how a language is used by people, not saying how it should be used.
According to prescriptive grammar, a sentence is grammatical only if the native speaker uses it in his or her speaking. However, descriptive grammar explains how a sentence is produced through mental processes.
It can be used anytime thats what i found when looking it up
Example: "Hall monitor, I had to watch over people and make sure they were doing the right thing even if they were my friends because everyone has to follow the rules."
