The answer would be paragraphs two, three, and six. And if you have any more like this just look for the quotation marks

I'm only adding a comment to second the answer offered by the other responder. The quotation marks give away how expert opinion is handled by this very tricky earth sciences problem. A contrary view is not expressed so the experts quoted are the only arguments presented and all are very hesitant to say anything other than what is couched in very conservative language. The point is that  these things are hard to measure and when they are measured, they will take time to hit disaster mode.

A simile is when two things are being compared using like or as. For example,  the warm rain was like taking a shower. In this case, the rain is being compared to a shower.
