Discrimination means to treat some people differently and many times badly without real justification. This is in most cases done on the grounds of age, sex, race or disability. People who discriminate never have a good reason for it besides how they feel. It can be present in H&SC settings sometimes based on religion, or gender reassignment, mental health issues, and many other.
