Explanation: this is clearly evident with Lewis Hine’s because of the black and white color scheme but inspecting Sheeler’s art you can see the contrasting colors. Along with most of the shading in his art and how it interacts with the architectural aspect of it. Not sure but it looks like there's a bunch of shading, and color-contrasting done in the artwork. There's some shadowing and details in the tree's leaves. Cool colors were used (from the color wheel) and the artist for sure used triangular tips for most edges.
