21/29 is the correct answer. I recommend you drawing out the triangle before trying to answer the question. The formula for cosine is adjacent over the hypotenuse. the hypotenuse is 29 but the hypotenuse is the largest side. in the question, it states that the angle we are focusing on is opposite of 20 and that angle would be 21.
