Answer:

4th Amendment.

Explanation:

The 4th Amendment states;

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by the Oath of affirmation and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons things to be seized."

(The police shouldn't just be searching you out of no where, they need permission from the person they are searching, or an actual permit from their superiors)

It's cold in berlin but colder in siberia what does it mean
Elenna [48]

   Siberia is known to be one of the coldest places on the planet, but exactly how cold and snowy it gets each year has big ramifications elsewhere on the globe.

In North America, a more snow-covered Russia means that colder air will have an easier time harvesting in Siberia and departing for our continent's heartland. Early in the calendar year, the air coming from Siberia can be cold enough to bring snow to even more southern reaches of the United States if the pattern sets up correctly.

How did the death of archduke franz ferdinand urge on the collapse of peace in europe
levacccp [35]
It was a trigger that showed that there were two competing powers in Europe: Russia and Austria-Hungary (and their allies).

Franz Ferdinand was killed by a Serbian separatist and the Austrians wanted him to be punished. On the other hand, Russia supported Serbia is saying that Austrian demands ( to be allowed to search for the culprit inside Serbia) were too much.

This lead to a direct conflict between the two powers (Austria and Russia) and further lead to the war.
