Brinkmanship is when policies are being tighten to achieve advantage over the rising conflicts. Brinkmanship is dangerous since when implementation of policies goes beyond the limit then it will cause more conflict within.</span>

- The poor were affected because they were made to live in crowded places, had to work in dangerous conditions, were separated from their families, and were payed low wages.
- The Middle Class and Aristocracy lived in fancy apartments/houses and usually did not care or were actually aware of these conditions and just lived off of the money they made either from the factories or etc..
