Explanation: The average weather condition of an area or region over a very long period of time is called climate. Dry climate as the name infers to regions which are characterized by very low amount of Rainfall throughout the year. In some texts dry climates may encompass both the arid and semiarid regions of the world with Rainfall per year ranging from about 3 to 14 inches per annum which could be slightly higher in areas with less intense dryness.
