start doing healthy habits, dont know what kind but getting organized makes you feel, well, organized, accomplished ig, it makes things easier. exercise or at least stretch in the moring, it can make you feel good and relaxed and ready for the day. Make some time for yourself everyday, 30 mins or 1 hour a day doing sum you luv, going out for a calm walk or just having sum quiet time drinking sum tea :) write down things you love and are grateful for, and also eating healthy. and when you are struggling with something (school, work, etc.) ask for help, keeping it to yourself will it even harder and can stress you out.
