Germany would have gone to war and conquered her neighbors no matter what her geographic location if she had fought and been forced to pay reparations after WWI.

That said, she shared part of her borders with Austria Switzerland (which was neutral) Denmark Czechoslovakia Poland and France. These countries would have to defend themselves at the border entries. None of them were well equipped enough to do that.

According to the 1790 census, where did most enslaved people live? only in the North mostly in the South mostly in the Mid-West
MrRissso [65]
The correct answer should be
mostly in the South

The far west did not yet exist at the time because parts of it were not yet colonized. North was against it but not as much as during the civil war era. Southerners had plantations of things like cotton or of crops that needed workers so they used slaves.

Please help me!! im stuck! explain the influence of the space race on the cold war
Stels [109]
The Space Race grew as the Soviet Union launched the satellite Sputnik and the U. S. later put a man on the moon. Both the U. S. and the Soviet Union wanted to prove that they were superior to the other country and tried to outdo the other. It was basically a battle between Communism and Democracy.
