1. These groups struggled to establish good teamwork. This happened marjoritly, due to the inability of these groups to establish effective leadership, which could organize them and define how to suppress the needs of the group and encourage factors that promote the achievement of goals and objectives.
2. One day a part of my city was flooded, and a group of volunteers managed to help people to rebuild what was lost and to suppress the needs that this difficult period proportionally. My house was not in the flooded area, but I participated in the volunteer group. This helped me indirectly, because it motivated me to stimulate the feeling of solidarity and compassion.
It shapes our identity because the choices we make help us learn what to not do again as we learn from mistakes. And the choices that are good we continue and that helps us be us!
