The peace conference took place at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kitery, Maine, US. To finally end the conflict, Japan and Russia made a treaty called "The Treaty of Portsmouth". This made 12 sessions that lasted for almost a month in August. Theodore Roosevelt became the mediator of this agreement between the two powerful countries.
Friends are important because they will always be there especially best friends. Not everyone needs to have friends. Some people prefer to be more independent and that's okay too. If you so find friends just be sure to surround yourself with the right people and then they are awesome to have!
