Answer:

Somewhere lost within the darkness as I walk down a path that leads me to a place i dont know of. Falling deep into my thoughts as I imagine what I could possibly become. Lifting my head to what lies above me, I am greeted by the vast sky that is probably never ending. The secrets of this wide and vast creation are so mysterious yet fascinating for all I can do is admire it. The starts in the clear night sky winked at me, promising me with something bright that might come disturbing me in my journey, hoping that it leads me somwhere that would be worthy.

-this is something i wrote originally on the spot, sorry if it isnt that good or if there is grammatical mistakes.

Which sentence in this excerpt from "The Most Dangerous Game" contains an example of personification?
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer: The example of personification is in the sentence: He struggled up to the surface and tried to cry out, but the wash from the speeding yacht slapped him in the face and the salt water in his open mouth made him gag and strangle.

Explanation: The ability to slap someone in the face is a human characteristic.

Another possible example:

There was a chance that his cries could be heard by someone aboard the yacht, but that chance was slender and grew more slender as the yacht raced on.

Slender is an adjective usually used to describe a person's waist or arms. The word is also used to describe other things such as "a slender majority of voters" or "a slender chance of winning"
