Know your weaknesses - this help by informing yourself on how to improve on it

Make clear goals of what you want to do for the day/week/month - this helps by setting your mind on what you want your agenda to be like

Eat often- sometimes you forget to eat or don't want to you still need to eat

Control yourself- this is something to help you control how you want to be presented/seen to others around you

Sit straight - not sitting straight could effect your back in negative ways

Why did the British pass the Stamp Act in 1765? How did colonists react

Answer:

The British were helping to finance the Indian-French war in North America, they  protected the colonists but got really into debt, so they taxed the colonies more and more. One of these taxes was the stamp Act that forced people to pay a tax on any  piece of paper they used in business ect. People were really mad because they didn't think that the British should be taxing them.
