What are the measures of two complementary angles if the difference of their measure is 24°
dybincka [34]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let one angle be x

Another angle will be 24+x

x+24+x=90

2x+24=90

2x=66

x=66/2=33

Now,

x= 33

x+24= 33+24= 57

using exactly four 4's and any operations[ ,-,x,/,()] write an expression to equal each of the following: 1 2 3 4 5
pishuonlain [190]
(4 - 4) + \frac{4}{4} = 1
\frac{4}{4} + \frac{4}{4} = 2
\frac{4 + 4 + 4}{4} = 3
4 + \frac{4 - 4}{4} = 4
\frac{(4 * 4) + 4}{4} = 5

There was a population of 240 moose in a National Park. After a year, the population increased by 25%.
Stels [109]
Population of moose in the national park = 240
percentage increase in the population of moose in the national park after a year = 25%
Then
Amount of increase in the population
Of moose in the national park in a year = (25/100) * 240
                                                               = 240/4
                                                               = 60
So
The number of moose present after 1 year
in the national park = 240 + 60
                                = 300
So from the above deduction we can easily conclude that the number of moose in the national park after a year is 300.

KiRa [710]
For both problems, they want you to check their answers. For #1, is the opposite of -12 + 4 eight? For #2, can you split an 8 oz bag into 13 to have 2/3 oz in each bag? If you want the answers I’d be happy to comment. :)
