Answer: Hi, I just had this question on my test today. I am not 100% sure but I do know that it is not A. B is probably wrong because it does not make sense for the British to want Africa's help by convincing people to put the British Empire back together but I am not sure. C and D are also what I'm left with so, I honestly just did eni, mini, miny, mo and left it at that.
