What is the modern day implications of the first temptation of Jesus?
melomori [17]

Satan uses our 'fleshly weakness' to lead us into temptation. The first temptation Jesus faced in the wilderness was 'the lust of the flesh'. Just as it was then, in today's world this is the desire of material things such as food, clothing, money, etc. instead of trusting God for our provision of these things, specifically the 'spiritual food's that only God can give!

gladu [14]

This area is known as a valley. It is a low area between hills or mountains. It often has a river running through it. The shape of the valley  will depend on the characteristics of the stream of water flowing through it. Because of the existence of the river, it is possible to have areas of farmland in the sites next to the river. This makes valleys and ideal place for the agricultural industry.
