If you eat foods full of sodium then your more likely to get a heart attack then someone who eats the recommended amount of sodium. If you eat foods full of fat then your more likely to gain more weight. By eating healthy foods your least likely to have a heart attack or stroke. Eating healthy also keeps you in shape.:)
